Roschen company's eccentric drilling tool, comprising rod stabilizer and eccentric drill bit, the tail of eccentric drill bit is provided with the first boss, the inner wall of the rod stabilizer is provided with the first groove matched with the first boss, and the inner wall of the rod stabilizer is provided with the first limiting groove along the circumferential direction, the outer wall of the tail is provided with annular groove, the rod stabilizer is provided with a mounting hole, and when the mounting hole is equipped with a pin rod, the pin rod can be stuck in the annular groove.
