Roschen Surface set Diamond Core Bits are mostly suited to soft formations or using low powered drills, as they operate more effectively than impregnated bits at low surface speeds. Available with different stone sizes, face profiles and waterway arrangements to suit different conditions. All supplied with highest quality natural drilling diamonds.
Impregnated Diamond Core Bits can drill a broad range of formations from the softest to the hardest rocks. Manufactured with very small, high quality synthetic diamonds, mixed evenly through a metal alloy matrix. All bits have T.C. and Diamond gauge protection. Available in 6 standard matrix types to suit rock formation.
Matrix rated 7, ROSCHEN core bits are manufactured using only the highest grade diamonds, which are coated with titanium in order to preserve their cutting abilities throughout the bit furnacing process. Furthermore, they are manufactured using a new unitary furnacing process regularizing the consistency of the tools. The ROSCHEN core bit offers the best penetration/lifespan ratio in the industry, in medium hardness ground.
ROSCHEN's 7 grade bits cuts through quartz and all types of granite or equivalent hardness rocks without any problem, and is well adapted to softer and abrasive ground.
Offered with a diamond impregnation height of 13 mm, the ROSCHEN 7 is available in standard, pie-shaped and turbo pie-shaped configurations. For deep hole applications, it can also be ordered in Luan, with a diamond impregnation height of 16 mm.
